I love their product. Great warranty. They do everything, nothing left out. You can't find an employee who doesn't want to come to work. An American company. -Randy B (Review on Youtube)

They teach you a lot about safety, they were a 5 star rated company with OSHA and followed the rules to the letter. - Employee (5 star review found on Indeed.com)

Most days are good and everyone works together. I have learned how engines are taken apart and cleaned. We all have to work together as a team to function. - Employee (5 star review found on Indeed.com)

I really enjoyed working for Jasper. They taught me a lot working there and if I had questions there would always be somebody there to answer them. They valued their employees and showed it by having lunches and stretches and always coming around to see if we were happy or having trouble with anything. - Employee (5 star review found on Indeed.com)

This was my first job and it was a really great experience. The DOJO training really prepares you for working in a manufacturing environment and opens you up to the company's culture. Within 9 months I had already gained many of the skills I would later carry over to other employment opportunities. Overall I loved the work and loved my job. - Employee (5 star review found on Indeed.com)

It's a very good place to work. They appreciate all that you do there. You work a lot, but they make it worth it for you. Good people and the training is there when you need it.- Employee (5 star review found on Indeed.com)

A good and clean factory environment with good pay. Promotes from within the company. Concerned about safety and well-being of their employees. Had weekly meetings to go over any questions or concerns of the employees. Also having a Christmas party every year with a Christmas bonus. - Employee (5 star review found on Indeed.com)

Fast paced and a place that will really challenge you to be the best that you can be. They have many programs that are unheard of in other companies and they take very good care of their employees. - Employee (5 star review found on Indeed.com)

Very productive company. We would have assigned jobs to do daily and a quota to get out. I learned to work as a team player. The hardest part for me was physcial. The most enjoyable part was learning hands on and comunication. - Employee (5 star review found on Indeed.com)

I have been employed by Jasper Engines for 16 years. I first started as a delivery driver, was advanced to warehouse support, eventually becoming an operations manager and was recently promoted again to my current position. In my time with Jasper I like to imagine I have experienced most situations encountered by operations staff. The good far out weighs the bad. I originally came to work at Jasper in order to have a job with benefits. I have only continued to receive more benefits as the company has advanced and grown. The company continues to experience growth year after year. With a constant strive for improvement and innovation in all areas and departments, Jasper is always working at being the company of choice for both our employees and customers. I enjoy continuing to work with those in operations and share what I have learned and my experiences. I plan on remaining employed with Jasper until my retirement, a long time from now. What will keep me around is not just the excellent benefits by the high caliber of people that I have the pleasure of working with. I have "grown up" with Jasper and consider them to be a second family. - Employee (5 star review found on Indeed.com)

We have install Jasper Engines and have had zero complaints. There are procedures for installing the Engines & Transmissions. I can tell you we install and use the correct procedures and never have we had a problem. I can just speak from our Shop Experience. We haven't had problems. We have been very pleased. Some customers, they just don't do the maintenance that is required like changing the oil, transmissions  fluids ect...when they should. We see it all the time. That's why the first Engine or Tranmission went bad in the first place. - Anonymous (Review found on Jasper Engines and Transmissions)

Reason of review: Reliable warranty.

My Jasper engine is almost three years old and no problems. I come in here and read these reviews because Jasper sells millions of products a year and only a handful of people come on here and comment. They must be doing something right. Not saying every product is the best because people aren't machines. If I had to do it again I would install a Jasper twice.- Anonymous (Review found on Jasper Engines and Transmissions)

I've purchased engine and trans works flawlessly! Phone staff very helpful. - Anonymous (Review found on City-Data)

I have a 08 Ford Ranger. At the time of the original transmission failure, it had 208k original miles. I bought the truck new and put about 350 miles on it, five days a week. When my transmission went out, I knew where I needed to take it. By living just 20 miles from Jasper, IN, I had it towed to the JET(Jasper Engine & Transmission) facility. That was in 2012. They did not have a rebuilt transmission in stock for a Ford Ranger, that new. So they took out my original transmission, took it to the line, and began tearing it apart. It took four days, to get it back, but it looked brand new. Now it's over four years later, the original engine is still running strong at 279k miles, the Jasper rebuild transmission has 71k miles on it, amp; I have absolutely no complaints. - Anonymous (Review found on Jasper Engines and Transmissions)
